Die preparation - filling - ejection - shake out - grinding - inspection - machining or pack if no further requirement.
Features of Die casting
1.High dimensional accuracy.Generally can reach CT6 to CT7 even up to CT4
2.Good Surface roughness, can be Ra1.6 μm.
3.Mechanization and automation for high productivity.
